Infiltration Tendencies

See, we go about formulating plans,products,services keeping in mind what competition has to offer. For that, somebody's got to do some snooping around.

I ended up going to 3 ARC's (Airtel Relationship Centres) and two Vodafone stores. Voda has some real snazzy backing to their service environment. Great branding no doubt. Airtel was alright, but both had really bad servicemen on hand. This franchise business is tricky. How the hell does one expect to maintain consistent service delivery across all touchpoints with such diverse inputs?

Something like getting the exact same mileage for a common car model when driven by 10 different people.

Impossible.
