Peter Cat is one of Park Street’s many popular food joints. Most of time, there’s a sizeable queue seen at the place. To make things a little tiresome, there’s no concept of booking that you can capitalise on to cement your place before others. Get there early and enter with ease. Simple.
Once you get in, here’s a snapshot of what things are like inside -
And if you’re a first timer who makes the effort to ask what’s the item one should try out, there’s a Chello Kebab recommendation ringing in from waiters, managers and of course, the company you’re lunching/dining with - presuming he/she is a local.
So a little more on this Chello --
A fluffy egg fry sits atop a layer of white rice which is laden with three small cubes of butter in the centre of your plate. This arrangement is ring-fenced by coloured elements consisting of soft skewered barbecue chicken, two mutton chop kebabs alongside & a couple of tomato & cucumber strips for aesthetic pleasantries.
Dig in. It’s a nice spread and a good fill.
