I got these cool ( yea thats the word ) ice cube trays a few weeks ago. They're made of rubber so while removing ice cubes one can push out the formed element without any tension of breaking/cracking the tray. ( Plastic trays suck)
So my mom prepared some mango icecream and I couldnt wait for the cubes and sticks to set. Yuuuuummmmmyy.
Note the different shapes one can form -- a frustrum with a central hole through it, a star or even a stick !! (which can ALSO be used as a stirrer in your drink!)
