The Dream Run. Again. A third time. And definitely.. my last.

Although this time it was a little different. Firstly, we were 90 odd SIMSR-ites running till one fine day we got to know that 75 out of the 90 were rejected. Those who had paid up the basic Rs. 150 got sent back while the Rs. 250 entries were all accepted. And all this we found out a day before the marathon. Crazy !

So without any practice I ran the dream run, one which was reduced to 6km this time. Even the route was slightly modified. Instead of taking another U turn from Marine Drive and into the inner roads.. the route took a U up ahead and went up the flyover coming down from Metro side, onto Marine Drive. That was one steeeeep climb but I loved the challenge.

Clocked 34min this time. Things seem to be getting better every year. I'm going for the 21km next time.
