No Pain No Gain

Teams are built with people from all spheres of the game.

Leaders, followers, pacifiers, shirkers, instigators - they're all there.

The new unit is fresh, exciting and brimming with energy and ideas. Everybody is eager to feed their inputs into the mainstream, hoping something brilliant will emerge from the eclectic feed.
Slowly though, things start slowing down and the pack isn't as fast paced. Some elements drop out, some fall back and a few are left to bear the lagging load and yank it along. The few who make it matter, those that keep the engine running and far from rust - they're the ones that help stick it together. They fuel the progress chart.

Coming to the crux, if there's one thing about experienced people that freshers can learn is how to handle stress at work.
