Going Into The Zone..

So about that Research Methodology project I had mentioned earlier: we sat down today and entered the results of our questionnaire on an Excel sheet.

K & N kept at it for 35 respondents, sitting in class and doing on K's lappy. By the time I arrived, they both looked very much exhausted. Who wouldn't be ? -- typing out random numbers in the corresponding cells over and over again (with a variety of inputs mind you).

So I took over later, with the data inputs. Somehow I found it a lot less tedious than their experience. Then I realised that I had taken a desktop in the lab to key in the numbers, allowing myself to use the NumPad which is non existent in a laptop.

Quite brilliant really, the difference a simple thing like that can do to save time and prevent frustration. ( not to mention that I only input 10 odd respondents )

That's all from here. Exams start April 9th. Will see you post April 19th.

Sayonara.

FYI

Almost all laptops have a numpad, all you need to do is use the Function Key + Some other key (every laptop has a combo) to enable it. It converts part of your regular keyboard into a numpad.

Of course, this only makes sense if all you're doing is typing in numbers, and don't have to use alphabets.

BTW

Run?
